Philosophy
P Richardson Art publishes my original oil paintings in 4" x 5" blank note card format. The first series, Anne Through the Art Ages, was inspired by an art class assignment to copy my favorite old master paintings on 8" x 10" size canvas. I combined that exercise with inspiration from a demo painting by art workshop instructor Anne to create the two Anne Through the Art Ages series. Series 1 features Anne at her easel painting works from Van Gogh, Gaugin, Manet, Renoir and Picasso. Series 2 features Cezanne, Degas, Monet, Sargent and Matisse. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did painting them.
